To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the BMW M5 – the first member of the high-performance business saloon sector – BMW has created a limited-edition special version of the current fifth-generation model, which has performance that sets it apart from its stablemates. The BMW M5 30 Jahre Edition will be built in a limited run of only 300 units globally to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the M5. Only 30 automobiles will be shipped to the United Kingdom. 

The special-edition model has been given the BMW Individual treatment, in keeping with the anniversary celebrations that spurred its creation. As a result, it cuts a more dynamic, attention-getting figure than its more traditional counterparts. The BMW M5's elegantly muscular lines are highlighted by the spectacular BMW Individual Frozen Dark Silver metallic paint.
