2022 Mercedes-AMG Project One Specifications
About 2022 Mercedes-AMG Project One
Mercedes-AMG One is a hybrid hypercar featuring an eight-speed semi-automatic transmission and a 1.6-liter V6 hybrid engine. The vehicle will feature 1,021 horsepower, all-wheel drive, and seating for two people.
The car's electric motors spin the turbos of the engine, reducing turbo lag and increasing acceleration. As a result, the car can accelerate from zero to sixty miles per hour in 2.7 seconds, slightly slower than the Bugatti Chiron but faster than the McLaren Senna. The AMG One is believed to have a top speed of 217 mph.
The AMG One will have an electric-only mode that will let it to travel up to 15 miles on battery power alone before gas engines need to engage.
Due to Mercedes-challenges Benz's in adapting its Formula One-derived engine for road use, the car's delivery has been postponed until 2022.
