2016 Honda NSX:

If we describe the Honda NSX... exceptional. The new model coming in 2015, almost a decade after its predecessor went out of production, NSX is now hybrid powered.

A hybrid powered system, it combines a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine with three electric motors, two of those operating on the front axle to make this a four-wheel-driven car. The gearbox is also exceptional: nine-speed automatic.

The engine produces 573 hp with 476lb ft of torque, enough to reach 191mph and make a 0 - 60mph run in under 3 seconds. This puts it in a class of Audi R8 and Mclaren 570s. Though with torque vectoring between those front two motors, it shuffles its power around more cleverly than either of its comparatively conventional rivals.
